1)Open air concept outside the room facing resident’s house, empty building & etc. Quite creepy at nite.2)No fridge

Location was prime. Transportation was in excess and food easy to get. Hotel was clean .

Floor could have been carpeted. The front view could have been more colourfully decorated to meet the colours of the hotel.

Front Office staff Ms Nila very professional n superb service during check in process. Tactful n very attentive. Keep up the excellent attitude. Location very convenient to nearby restaurants n food court.

Hotel is located near many food places, spa and massage areas. The rooms are clean and the mattress is very comfortable!

Walls are not so soundproof. You can hear the people beside you

Like to location of the hotel, a lot of eateries, clean rooms, friendly staffs, interconnecting room, very strong WiFi. The hotel staffs are very helpful.

The driveway to the hotel is a loop road, in and out, so always cars pass through it.

Convenient to find food

Bad impression for check in due to no timing for waiting. When you check with the reception lady how long need to waiting, the answer always is “ don’t know “ . If you want to specially request all three room to be connected , however what they gave us was far from each other .and they stated that it was on the same floor . One room was at the left side of the hotel and the other two room was at the right side of the hotel. Furthermore, one of the hotel room has a connected door to the other room which can be very dangerous since the other room does not belong to us .

Location was good, easy to grab taxi to most malls. Nagoya hill shopping mall is within walkable distance. There is a convenience store and eateries within the hotel itself. Staffs are pleasant and friendly.

The condition of the hotel looks abit rundown. No hairdryer in most rooms. Breakfast selections quite limited and is across the hotel. For the price paid per night i would say its a bit disappointing.

We stayed at the 1 bedroom which was really comfortable for us as a family of 3. The room was very nice and had Netflix. The kitchen was not equipped at all except for pots to cook and some cutlery and a induction hob. But nothing to clean with. There is a water cooler available which is very convenient and a fridge. The location is so good and very central with lots to choose from in terms of food. There is a good mall about 10 min walk away and a cheap laundromat which was extremely convenient

They provided a bottle of water that they didn't say was chargeable until we were going to check out. Either than that the location of the accommodation and facilities nearby were excellent

i do not like the breakfast buffet. too little choices & food doesnt taste good except for the bee hoongoreng.

Hotel is new so things are clean and facilities are good. Love the smart TV and google nest mini in the room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very value for money and will definitely recommend! Provision shop and 24hrs F&B dining all downstairs, you will never go hungry at night.

Wished there was a mini fridge to keep my drinks cold. The balcony facing the main area can get quite noisy at night with passing vehicles and noisy neighbours, would be good if there were ear plugs provided for peaceful sleep at night.

Location is good...lots of eating places to choose from...bonus if there's a bar fridge in rooms...

The room is cosy and spacious

There is no fridge and there is a leaking when flushing and even washing bay also leak and the shower is just not moveable

Hotel room is clean. Breakfast area coffee maker is acceptable. It is accessible to most places but still need to grab taxi. Counter staff allowed us to leave luggage at reception after check out . Good job! Only found out the phone was superb hightec on 2nd day but almost time for check out. Else can explore further.

Fave hotel do not have a swimming pool & don’t have its own cafeteria. My 1st experience that breakfast place is to walk over opposite to a foodcourt. Need improvement on food variety. Noodle salty, pastries too sweet, omelette tasteless, papaya no more left as our breakfast at 8.30am. Counter staff do not allow extra bottles drinks claimed we only stay 1 nite. 2nd day don’t top up. Also towel wet cannot get new one & counter staff said unless we book another nite. Service no good. Room not sound proof can hear eaters chitchat. No hand soap in room. Common item Hair dryer should be build in every room not only provide upon request. Was told connecting room only allow to have 1 hair dryer? It’s strange that 2 rooms cannot have 2.

Strategic location and variety of halal food just across the hotel! You dont have to worry if you're hungry coz the eating place open 24hrs!

Room is clean, quite spacious & good view at the balcony. Best of all it is convenient with shops surrounding it ??. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The bed is a bit too high to climb especially for those with leg problem.
